MapFlow SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with MapFlow!
New Visit is a practical trigger for sending a customer a delivery or service reminder, provided the relevant phone details are available. New Customer can create a Mobile Message contact, and New Driver/Picker can alert an operations list when a new field team member is added. New Delivery Location can also notify a coordinator when a location needs attention.
Mobile Message supports Send SMS, Send SMS to List, Create Contact and Add Contact to List. MapFlow actions such as Create Customer and Create Contact can be used when an inbound text should create a record in the routing system. Each workflow is configured in Zapier as a one-way automation, rather than a live two-way sync.
