Manifestly Checklists Agent helps teams run SOPs and recurring workflows, with events for Run Completed, Step Completed, and Run Late. Through Zapier, those events can start Mobile Message SMS notifications for the people responsible.

Run Late is useful for escalating a missed workflow, while Step Completed can tell a supervisor that a critical stage has been completed. Run Completed can send a final status alert or notify another team that the process is ready for its next task. Mobile Message's Send SMS action can include the workflow name, step, and timing fields supplied by Manifestly.

The Agent also provides Change Step State and Run Workflow actions, but those actions do not create a complete result when paired with a Mobile Message trigger.
