Use New Action to trigger Mobile Message Send SMS with the assigned task, due information and relevant meeting context available in the event. If the action owner’s details are available, Create Contact can record that person in Mobile Message, or Add Contact to List can place them into an appropriate group for future communication. These steps can reduce the need to copy actions from meeting notes into another process.
