A Magento 2.X store can respond at the moments customers care about most, starting with the events already recorded in its shop. A new order, sales order invoice, sales order shipment or new customer can start a Zapier workflow that sends an SMS through Mobile Message. You can also create a Mobile Message contact from a new Magento customer.

Order notifications are useful for confirming that a purchase was received, advising that an invoice is ready, or letting a buyer know their order has shipped. A message can include mapped order details, a delivery reference or your support number. New Customer can create a contact in Mobile Message, giving your team a record to use in future communications. The Magento connection is made through Zapier, so you select the event, map the available fields and write the SMS yourself. It is not a native Magento and Mobile Message sync. Each Zap is a one-direction workflow designed around a particular store event and the customer response you want to provide.
