Chasing up on a new order, or remembering to text a customer once their refund has gone through, usually falls to whoever happens to check the Magento admin that day. Store owners running a checkout on Magento already have the order and customer details sitting there, they just don't reach the customer's phone on their own.

Connected to Mobile Message through Zapier, a new order can trigger a confirmation text the moment it comes through, and a new customer signing up can be added straight into Mobile Message as a contact. A credit memo, meaning a refund has been processed, can trigger its own text letting the customer know the money is on its way. Replies from customers can be logged back onto the order as a comment, so a reply about a delivery date doesn't get lost in a separate inbox.
