LunaNotes SMS Integration

The moment a shared note changes, whoever needs to see it should already know, not stumble across it later during a routine check of LunaNotes at the end of a long and busy working day.

Connected through Zapier, LunaNotes can turn its own daily activity into text alerts through Mobile Message. A New Note event can trigger an SMS the instant a note is created, so the right person gets pulled in straight away instead of finding out secondhand from a colleague. A Note Updated event can text a teammate when an existing note changes, keeping them current without opening another app to check every hour of the day. A Note Removed event can also trigger a text, giving whoever manages the shared notes a heads up the moment something is taken down and needs following up.

None of this changes how notes are written, organised or shared inside LunaNotes. It only means the update itself, not just the note, reaches someone by text as soon as it happens, so the outcome for the person waiting on it lands well before they think to go looking for it on their own.
