Lumeer SMS Integration

A project record changes in Lumeer and the people responsible need to know without opening another board. A new record may represent a customer request, a task or a site update, while an edited record may contain a time-sensitive change. Zapier can pass that event to Mobile Message so a text reaches the right person.

Record Created in a Table can trigger Send SMS for a new request or notify a contact that work has been logged. Record Updated in a Table can send a change notification when an important field is edited. If a reply should become visible inside the project workspace, Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received can trigger Create Record in a Table. You can also use Update Record in a Table after a delivery event when your chosen fields and table structure support that process. Each Zap is one-directional and deliberately configured. This is not a native integration or an automatic two-way synchronisation. Map the table values, phone number and message content in Zapier so the result is useful to the team and the customer.
