Loyalzoo SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Loyalzoo!

A regular customer checks in at your store, earns points or redeems a reward, and the moment is worth acknowledging while they are still engaged. Loyalzoo can trigger a Zap for check-ins, counter events, points, rewards, charges and membership changes. Mobile Message can send a personalised SMS, alert staff or create a contact for loyalty communication.

Checkin can trigger a welcome text, while Reward Given or Reward Redeemed Online can send a message explaining the reward. New Charge can prompt a purchase acknowledgement, and Membership Created can add a customer to Mobile Message. You can also use New Customer Created to create a contact without duplicating an existing record. If a customer texts Mobile Message, Loyalzoo actions such as Increase Counter, Give Points or Update Customer can be used where the required identifier and information are available.

Zapier carries the selected Loyalzoo fields into the Mobile Message action, or passes an incoming text into a Loyalzoo action. This is not a continuous sync. Set clear rules for promotional messages, check consent and test your customer matching before turning on loyalty automations.

Yes. Reward Given can trigger Mobile Message's Send SMS action. Map the customer number and reward information from Loyalzoo to send a timely acknowledgement or redemption instruction.

Can a customer SMS trigger points in Loyalzoo?

Yes. Inbound SMS Received can start Loyalzoo's Give Points action. The Zap must have enough information to identify the customer, such as an ID, email or phone number, and a points value.

How do I set up Loyalzoo loyalty texts with Mobile Message?
