About the LogicManager integration

An incident or risk event is updated while the person responsible is away from the LogicManager dashboard. LogicManager can trigger a Zap from New or Updated Event, a Catch Webhook, or a recent taxonomy change, so Mobile Message can send a timely alert to a selected number or list. This gives operational teams a visible SMS notification for changes that may need prompt attention.

For example, an event update can send an SMS with the event name, owner, and next action. A webhook can carry an external notification into LogicManager workflows, while Mobile Message can separately create a LogicManager event after an inbound text if the required event fields are available. Other LogicManager actions, such as Create Users or Update Users, can support administrative Zaps started elsewhere.

The Zapier connection lets you choose the exact event, fields, and Mobile Message action. It does not create a live synchronised copy of your LogicManager risks, incidents, users, or taxonomy.
