Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Localith!

Local marketing teams using Localith may receive reviews across many listings, making it easy for an important comment to wait unnoticed. Localith sends a New Review event when a review is received on a listing. That event can alert the person responsible for the location or start a customer care process through SMS.

Through Zapier, New Review can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. Text a location manager when a review arrives, include the rating or review information available to the Zap and give the team a prompt to check Localith. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received event can also trigger Localith’s Reply to Review action when the workflow contains the information needed to identify the listing and review.

Localith’s Reply to Review action does not make this a native two-way connection. Each direction is a separate Zap with its own trigger and action. This approach gives review teams a visible mobile alert and a defined way to pass a prepared response into Localith when that is appropriate.
