A project manager opens LiteTracker to check work, then realises that a customer or colleague still needs an update. LiteTracker's available Zapier events are focused on project selection, while its Create Story action can add a new story to a project. Mobile Message can therefore provide a useful notification route when a project workflow needs an SMS.

Use Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received to start LiteTracker Create Story. A text from a customer, contractor or team member can become a story for review, provided the Zap is configured with the right project and story fields. This gives a person checking LiteTracker a visible record of the request. A Mobile Message delivery update can also start Create Story when you want delivery information recorded as project work.

LiteTracker's List Projects trigger is a dropdown helper rather than a business event. It is useful while configuring the Zap, but it does not represent a new project or completed task. The connection is made through Zapier, with each workflow running in one direction. It does not keep project and SMS records synchronised.
