Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with LimoExpress!

A dispatcher may be watching several airport transfers while a reservation is created, paid or cancelled. Passengers and partners need clear updates at those moments, yet manually copying each reservation into a messaging tool can add work when the schedule is already changing. LimoExpress can give Zapier the event needed to send that update.

Through Zapier, a new reservation can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action with the passenger and trip details available from LimoExpress. An invoice paid event can send a payment acknowledgement, while Reservation Canceled can produce a cancellation notice for the relevant recipient. New Client and New Passenger can also create Mobile Message contacts when their mobile details are supplied. You can use the LimoExpress event as the starting point and Mobile Message as the delivery step, with each Zap configured for one outcome. The services are not continuously synchronised, and the text should only include information present in the trigger data. For livery operators, this creates a more dependable way to acknowledge key booking events while LimoExpress continues to hold the reservation and passenger record.
