New Card Comment Added and New Board Message Added can also trigger a text to a relevant contact, while New Checklist Item Added to a Checklist can notify someone that a required task has appeared. These workflows work best when the Krozu event represents a clear customer or team communication point, rather than every small board change.
The connection runs through Zapier. Select a Krozu trigger, choose Send SMS in Mobile Message and map the available board, card and contact information. You can write different messages for project milestones, comments or new work, then test the Zap before enabling it. This keeps important board activity visible without asking staff to monitor every change.
