A learner can start or finish training outside normal office hours, and a manager may not see the update until much later. Konstantly is an LMS for creating, sharing, and managing online training. Its Course Started, Course Completed, and New User triggers can start Mobile Message SMS notifications through Zapier.

A new user can receive a welcome message with the next step, while Course Started can alert a manager that training is under way. Course Completed can notify a supervisor or send the learner a short acknowledgement. Mobile Message's Send SMS action can use the learner's phone number and course information supplied by Konstantly.
