Training teams using Kognics want learners and staff to know what happens next when a course, group or learning path is created. A new user may also need an immediate welcome message rather than waiting for an administrator to check the platform. Kognics's New User trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS through Zapier, helping teams acknowledge onboarding and share a simple next step.

New Course and New Learning Path can notify an internal Mobile Message list when training content is published. New Group can do the same when a cohort is created, while Updated User can alert a coordinator when a learner record changes. Mobile Message can send an SMS, create a contact or add a contact to a list. Its Inbound SMS Received trigger can also start Kognics's Create User action where a texted contact should become a learner record, provided the information required by Kognics is available. These are individual Zaps, not a two-way user sync. Zapier supplies the connection and lets you choose which Kognics event deserves a text, contact record or list placement. No custom integration is needed to get started.
