About the Koalendar integration
Koalendar also provides Booking Rescheduled and Booking Canceled. Through Zapier, these events can send an updated appointment message or a cancellation acknowledgement to the client. You can map the booking information available from Koalendar into the SMS, including the customer’s number and relevant appointment details. This helps appointment-based teams respond consistently when bookings change outside office hours.
The connection is configured as a Zapier workflow, not a native two-way integration. Koalendar supplies the booking event and Mobile Message performs the SMS action. Choose the event that matches your process, set the message wording and test it with sample booking data before enabling the Zap.
