KiteSuite SMS Integration

Project coordinators and service teams that organise work in KiteSuite can use a new item as a reason to notify someone by text. Through Zapier, Create Item can start Mobile Message Send SMS, so an assignment or hand-off is visible even when the recipient is away from the task board.

A KiteSuite item might represent a new job, request or internal action. Map its summary and relevant details into an SMS, then use Mobile Message to reach the chosen contact. KiteSuite also offers Send Message, Create Item and Update Item as actions. An inbound SMS can therefore create or update a KiteSuite item when the information collected in the message matches the fields your board requires. This is a deliberate workflow rather than a background sync.

Mobile Message can create a contact or add one to a list as a separate step when a KiteSuite event introduces a new recipient. Keep the message focused, particularly when a task contains more detail than an SMS can reasonably carry. Set up and test each Zap in Zapier so your team can decide which items warrant a text and which remain inside KiteSuite.
