Through Zapier, Keltehue can start a Mobile Message SMS for either event, giving the right person a concise prompt without another manual chase.

An Updated Task event is also useful when responsibility, timing or task information changes. The resulting text can tell a project owner that a task needs attention or notify a manager about a significant change. Mobile Message can send the message to a team member or another nominated recipient using the details available from Keltehue.

Keltehue also has a Create or Update Task action. An inbound SMS received by Mobile Message can therefore create or update a task in Keltehue when a customer or colleague texts your number.
