The part that still gets missed is turning the text itself into something inside KEA. Connected through Zapier, a message a client sends in through Mobile Message can be turned straight into a new ticket for the team to pick up, a task assigned to the right person, or in the case of a new client, a fresh matter ready to be opened properly.

None of this runs the other way, since KEA does not send its own events into Zapier for Mobile Message to react to. For a firm that already texts clients about appointments or documents, it closes the gap between a message landing on someone's phone and that message becoming a record the practice can actually work from.
