Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Karmasoft!

A yoga studio manager is preparing the next class when an online booking is cancelled or a session card expires. Someone needs to know quickly so a place can be offered to another student or the student can be contacted about their account. Checking Karmasoft repeatedly and copying details into a message takes attention away from the studio floor.

Karmasoft can trigger a Zap for events such as New Online Booking, Online Booking Cancelled, New Student and Session Card Expired. Mobile Message can send an SMS from those events. That lets a studio acknowledge a booking, alert a student about an expired session card or notify a staff member when a cancellation occurs. The message can use the information available from Karmasoft and remain short enough to read between classes.

The connection is set up through Zapier, with Karmasoft supplying the trigger and Mobile Message sending the text. You need accounts with both services and Zapier. Each Zap handles one event and one action, rather than creating a two-way sync of studio records or booking changes.
