New Task can send a task acknowledgement, while Task Updated can notify a customer or internal contact about a changed due date. New Board Collaborator can run Create Contact when a collaborator's mobile details are available. Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can run Kanban Tool's Create Comment, placing a customer response visibly on the relevant task when the Zap has the necessary task reference.

Each automation runs in one direction and has its own event and action. It does not create a two-way sync. Map the board, task name, stage and recipient details into a short plain text message. This helps teams make selected workflow changes visible without adding another round of manual updates.
