A change in delivery status, such as a message failing to reach someone, can add a comment to the relevant task so nobody has to check the messages log to find out. None of this changes how Jostle works day to day, it simply gives incoming SMS activity a home inside the tools the team already opens each morning.

Yes. Connected through Zapier, an inbound text picked up by Mobile Message can create a task in Jostle straight away, so the reply is assigned to someone rather than sitting unread in a phone until it is noticed.
Can a failed SMS delivery add a note to an existing Jostle task?
Yes. When Mobile Message reports that a delivery status has changed, that update can add a comment to the matching task in Jostle, giving the team a record of what happened without anyone opening the messages log.
How much work is involved in linking Mobile Message with Jostle?
