Connected through Zapier, an inbound text can add a checklist item to the right task, so the person watching that job knows a reply is waiting and what needs to happen next.

The same reply, or a delivery status update when a text does not arrive, can also update a comment on a task or move it to the next list in a project, keeping the board honest about where a customer stands without someone retyping what the text said. For a team running several projects at once, this means fewer gaps between a customer answering and the task itself showing that an answer has come in. It is a one way link built through Zapier, so Jooto does not send anything back to Mobile Message, it only reacts to what comes through.
