JobArch SMS Integration

A hiring team can get a useful result when JobArch unlocks new candidates, but the next step still depends on someone checking the system and contacting each person. Candidates may wait for an update while recruiters work through other applications, and a changed job status can go unnoticed by the people managing the campaign. A timely SMS can make the process feel more responsive.

Through Zapier, JobArch can trigger Mobile Message when new candidates are unlocked or a job status changes. Mobile Message can send a candidate update, create a contact for a recruiter, or add a candidate to a suitable list. A message might explain that an application is being reviewed, invite a response, or alert an internal hiring contact about a change.

Mobile Message can also pass an inbound SMS to JobArch's Create Job action when the response contains information needed to start a new vacancy. This is a specific workflow for teams that receive a request by text and want a job ad created in JobArch. The connection is not a shared recruitment database, and each Zap runs only the selected event and action.
