A sales conversation is processed in Jiminny while the account manager is already moving to the next task. Important follow-up points may be present in the conversation, but a person still needs to notice the event and pass the message to the right colleague. A Zapier workflow can send a Mobile Message SMS when Jiminny finishes processing or scores a conversation.

Use Conversation Processed to alert a salesperson that the call record is ready. Coaching Feedback Completed and AI Scorecard Completed can notify a manager about a coaching or quality milestone, while Conversation Shared can tell a team member that a discussion is available for review. Mobile Message can send the SMS, create a contact, or add a recipient to a list when the Jiminny event includes suitable details.

Jiminny also offers Upload Conversation as an action. An inbound SMS can start that action when a recording reference or other required information is supplied in the message. These are focused workflows through Zapier, not a two-way conversation sync. You choose the Jiminny event, the Mobile Message result, and the fields that should appear in the notification.
