Invoicing.plus SMS Integration

A new invoice is validated in Invoicing.plus while your customer is waiting for a clear payment instruction. A Zap can use New Invoice to trigger Mobile Message Send SMS, giving the customer a short notice that the invoice is ready. When New Payment occurs, another Zap can send a payment acknowledgement, reducing the need for staff to monitor the invoicing system and contact customers manually.

Invoicing.plus also provides Create Customer, Create Invoice and PDF Invoice. Those actions can be used when another Zap supplies the required information, while the direct notification route uses the two available invoicing triggers and Mobile Message actions. You can send a plain text invoice or payment update, create a Mobile Message contact, or add a recipient to a list. The connection runs through Zapier and does not create a two-way synchronised ledger.

Select the invoicing event, map the available customer and invoice fields, and choose the Mobile Message outcome. Test your message carefully so the recipient, reference and amount details are suitable for your process.
