New User Created can also create a Mobile Message contact for future course communications.

A completion message can congratulate a learner, point them towards the next programme or tell an administrator that training is finished. An enrolment event can send practical access information, provided the learner’s mobile number is available in the fields passed by Inquisiq LMS. The supplied Inquisiq actions, Create Course Enrollment and Create New User, can be used when a workflow starts elsewhere, but they do not provide a general record sync with Mobile Message. The connection is through Zapier and each automation runs in one direction.
