Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with inFakt!

An invoice is created in inFakt, and the customer may need a prompt reminder before the accounts team has time to check the queue. inFakt can send Zapier a New Invoice or New Invoice (With Filters) event. Mobile Message can then send an SMS, create the customer as a contact, or add that person to a list. Filtering by invoice status can help you choose which invoice events deserve a customer-facing message.

For example, a sent invoice could trigger a text pointing the customer to the payment information already provided through your normal process. A new client can also be created in Mobile Message for future communication. If a customer replies by SMS, Inbound SMS Received can trigger inFakt’s Mark Invoice as Paid action where the reply and your internal rules provide enough information. Use care with payment workflows and test the fields before enabling them. The connection runs through Zapier using separate accounts. It is not a native synchronisation, so each Zap performs one defined action when its selected inFakt event occurs.

Can inFakt send an SMS when an invoice is created?

Yes. Use New Invoice or New Invoice (With Filters) as the trigger and Mobile Message’s Send SMS as the action. The filtered option can help target invoices by the status supported by inFakt.

Can a customer’s SMS mark an inFakt invoice as paid?

It can be configured using Inbound SMS Received and Mark Invoice as Paid. Use this only when your process can identify the correct invoice and treat the incoming message as sufficient authorisation.

How do I set up an inFakt SMS workflow?
