About the Hyperzod integration

An order appears in Hyperzod while the kitchen, store, or delivery team is already handling other work. A Zapier workflow can use New Order to send a Mobile Message text, confirming the order to the customer or alerting the team to begin fulfilment. Order Updated can then send a status notice when the order becomes accepted, ready, or completed.

This connection helps quick commerce operators keep customers informed without manually copying order details into a text. New Customer can create a Mobile Message contact, while Cart Abandoned can start a reminder when a customer leaves an order unfinished. Hyperzod also offers Update Order Status, so an inbound SMS can pass an instruction into the order workflow when the required values are available. These are separate one-directional Zaps through Zapier, not a native two-way order sync.
