A prospect views a personalised image in an email or campaign and that engagement can be easy to miss among other activity. Hyperise can send New Personalized Image Impression into Zapier, while its Create Personalised Short Link action can prepare a concise link for an SMS sent by Mobile Message. This gives teams a way to add relevant engagement data and shorter destinations to their messaging workflows.

The most useful setup uses a partner event such as a paid Shopify order, an overdue Xero invoice or a new Calendly invitee. Hyperise creates a personalised short link in the middle of the Zap, then Mobile Message sends an SMS containing that link. A shorter destination helps keep the message readable and leaves more room for the customer-facing wording. Hyperise can also trigger a direct Mobile Message SMS when an image impression occurs.

Hyperise is not a contact database or a two-way messaging service in this setup. Its action prepares the link, and Mobile Message sends the final plain-text SMS. Zapier connects the steps and lets you map the personalisation fields, choose the recipient and decide which partner events should produce a message.
