Hyped Boards SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Hyped Boards!

Team leaders using Hyped Boards need people to notice progress, not just see another score change in a dashboard. Hyped Boards can trigger when a Leaderboard Member Score is Updated, when a New Leaderboard Member joins, or when a New Leaderboard is created. A Zap can turn those events into Mobile Message SMS alerts for staff or participants.

A score update can send recognition to a team member, while a new member event can provide a welcome message with the relevant leaderboard details. A new leaderboard can also alert the people responsible for launching the competition. Mobile Message sends the text, and Hyped Boards supplies the leaderboard event through Zapier.

Hyped Boards actions can be started from an Inbound SMS Received event when a genuinely useful text-based workflow is available. For example, a customer text can add a leaderboard member or update a member score when the required identifiers and value are supplied. These are separate Zaps with defined directions, not a two-way synchronised connection.
