When hublet creates a new lead, case, candidate, applicant, project, or contact, someone may need to respond before the record is buried among other operational work. A Zap can pass that event to Mobile Message, so a customer, applicant, or staff member receives a useful SMS at the point the record is created.

A New Lead can trigger an acknowledgement, while New Case can alert a service team by text. New Candidate or New Applicant can notify a hiring contact, and New Project can alert the person responsible for delivery. Mobile Message can send SMS, send SMS to a list, create contact, update contact, or add contact to a list. A New Contact event can also create the person in Mobile Message, giving your communications team a record to work with.

The connection is made through Zapier and uses one trigger with one Mobile Message action in each workflow. It is not a native integration and does not mean hublet and Mobile Message continuously update one another. Choose the hublet event that matters, map the available number and details, and test the message before using it in live operations.
