HRMLabs SMS Integration

A new employee, leave request or schedule is entered in HRMLabs, but the people affected may not see the update until much later. HRMLabs sends events including New Employee, New Leave and New Schedule to Zapier, giving Mobile Message a clear opportunity to issue a timely text.

A new employee can receive an onboarding message, a new leave record can alert a manager or staff member, and a new schedule can send a shift notice. New Payment and New Attendance can also start SMS alerts for selected payroll or attendance processes. Mobile Message can create a contact from an HRMLabs event or add a contact to a list, provided the event supplies the necessary details.

These workflows help HR teams communicate important events without asking someone to monitor HRMLabs continuously. Select the event that matters, map the employee or schedule fields, and choose the Mobile Message action in Zapier. Keep messages limited to appropriate operational information and use each Zap for one clear notification.
