Hilo ATOS SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Hilo ATOS!
Use Lesson Scheduled to text lesson details, or Lesson Cancelled to send a cancellation notice. New Student can trigger Create Contact in Mobile Message, while Invoice Paid can send a payment acknowledgement. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can also run Hilo ATOS actions such as Create Safety Report or Create Lesson when the incoming text contains the information your process requires. These are individual Zaps built through Zapier, not a two-way integration or a synchronised flight school database. Choose the event and result that match your process, map student and lesson fields and test the message before enabling it. Hilo ATOS remains the system for scheduling, student and invoice records, while Mobile Message provides timely text communication. This helps coordinators keep students informed during everyday flight school administration.
