A workflow task reaches HighGear's subscribed webrequest node and needs a clear next step. Without an alert, a team member may not notice the task until they open the application. HighGear can provide that event to Zapier, while Mobile Message can notify a person or create a contact record for later communication.

Task Enters WebRequest Node is the available HighGear trigger. Pair it with Send SMS to alert an operator, or use Create Contact when the workflow supplies a new person's details. Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can also run HighGear's Update Task action, allowing a received text to apply new task values when the relevant task information is available.

This connection is built from individual Zaps rather than a native shared workflow. It does not automatically keep task and contact fields aligned, so define the trigger, mapped values and visible outcome for each automation.
