Project teams using Height can send an SMS the moment a task is assigned, completed, or moved to an important status. Height events can start Zaps that call Mobile Message, giving an individual or project list a clear notification without requiring someone to monitor every task view.

A task assigned to a user can trigger a direct SMS, while Completed Task can notify a customer or manager that work is finished. New Message can also create a Mobile Message contact when a conversation introduces someone who needs follow-up. Mobile Message actions include Send SMS, Send SMS to List, Create Contact, Update Contact, and Add Contact to List. Height’s own actions can be triggered by an inbound SMS or delivery update when a task or message should be created in the workspace. This connection is configured through Zapier and is one directional for each Zap. It does not synchronise every Height task with Mobile Message, so you can keep each alert focused on a real operational event.
