A customer's reply by text shows up as a message inside Hailer next to every other update the team is already tracking, rather than sitting alone on someone's phone. Whoever opens the activity or the wall feed next sees the whole conversation, the SMS included, without anyone having to relay what a customer said out loud.

Linked to Mobile Message through Zapier, a reply to a text can post straight into Hailer as a message, so it sits in the same feed as everything else the team discusses. The same reply can be logged as a new activity or added to an existing one, keeping a full record of contact with that person. When a text message's delivery status changes, a function field on that activity can be updated too, so the team knows straight away whether the message actually reached the customer.
