Text the marketing team when a testimonial is approved, or alert a customer care owner when a new response has been collected. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received event can also trigger Gridapps Testimonials actions such as Import Testimonial or Send a Testimonial Request when the required fields are available.

This connection does not send testimonial images or attachments by SMS, and it does not synchronise approval status between the apps.
