Grib SMS Integration

A member registration is completed just before a new member arrives for their first session. Grib can trigger a Zap at that moment, allowing Mobile Message to send a welcome SMS with the practical information your club, studio, or training business wants every new member to receive. The message can acknowledge the registration and point the member to the next step using the fields available from Grib.

This is a focused connection because Grib supplies one trigger, Member Registered, and no listed actions. It is therefore suited to a straightforward registration notification rather than a broader workflow involving updates or replies. A welcome text may reduce the chance that a new member misses an important instruction, while an internal alert can tell a staff member to prepare for the registration. The SMS remains plain text, and the Zap only runs when Grib reports a completed registration. It does not create a two-way membership sync or write information back into Grib. Set up the workflow in Zapier, connect your Grib and Mobile Message accounts, choose Send SMS, and test the phone number and registration fields before enabling it for members.
