Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Graceful Efforts!
With Zapier, Graceful Efforts triggers can start Mobile Message actions. Pair New Blocked Task with Send SMS to alert the relevant project team, or use Milestone Achieved to send a short progress update. New Task Ownership is useful for texting an individual when responsibility changes. New Project Team Member can also create a Mobile Message contact for a new colleague if their mobile details are available.
These workflows let you choose which project events merit a text instead of sending every update. Use the event data to identify the project, task or milestone, and keep the message brief. Mobile Message can also start a Zap from Inbound SMS Received, but Graceful Efforts' listed actions do not provide a sensible destination for that reply.
