Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with GoPrep!

A meal prep order is created while the kitchen is planning production, or a subscription renewal fails just as deliveries are being organised. GoPrep provides events for New Order, New Customer, New Subscription, Subscription Renewed and Subscription Renewal Failed, so customer communication can follow the activity that matters.

Through Zapier, GoPrep can trigger Mobile Message to send an order confirmation, a welcome text or a prompt about a failed renewal. Subscription Paused, Subscription Resumed and Subscription Cancelled can also start tailored messages when a customer’s meal plan changes. Mobile Message sends the SMS using the contact and order details available from GoPrep.

This is useful for kitchens and delivery teams that need customers to hear about changes quickly. The connection does not alter GoPrep orders or create a two-way subscription record. Each Zap responds to the GoPrep event and fields you select.
