GoliathData SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with GoliathData!
The event can send an SMS to a sales representative, create a Mobile Message contact, or add the person to a relevant list. For example, a tag can alert an owner to call a prospect, or create the contact with the mobile number and tag details supplied by GoliathData. Mobile Message carries out the selected action through Zapier, while GoliathData continues to manage its own contact and data records.
Keep the workflow specific to the tags that matter. A carefully chosen tag can produce a useful alert, whereas every tag may create unnecessary texts. The connection is one-way from GoliathData's Contact Tagged event to the Mobile Message action you choose. It does not edit or synchronise contact records between the two platforms.
