Glow SMS Integration

A podcast membership operator may notice a listener has joined or cancelled only after checking the Glow dashboard. That delay makes it harder to welcome a new supporter or respond thoughtfully when someone leaves. An SMS can give the listener a timely acknowledgement and alert the person managing the membership programme.

Zapier lets Glow's Listener Added, Listener Removed and Listener Canceled triggers start Mobile Message actions. A new listener can receive a welcome text, while a cancellation can alert your membership team or send a short message inviting the listener to get in touch. Listener Removed can also trigger a notice to an internal mobile number or SMS list. The available Glow connection supplies membership events, so the useful workflow is a defined notification from Glow into Mobile Message.

This gives podcast operators a simple way to mark important membership moments without repeatedly checking for changes. It does not update Glow from Mobile Message or provide a native two-way membership record. Use the fields supplied by Glow and keep the message appropriate to the listener event.
