A visitor submits contact details through a Geral biolink, and the next step can be easy to miss if someone has to watch the dashboard. Geral's New Captured Data event can start a Zap that sends an SMS, creates a Mobile Message contact or adds the person to a list. This gives a new lead a quicker response and gives staff a clear notification.

Geral can also report a New Short URL or New QR Code. Those events are useful for internal alerts when a campaign link or scan asset is created. For customer-facing communication, New Captured Data is the stronger starting point because it can include a submitted email, phone, contact or appointment. Mobile Message sends or stores the selected result through Zapier, while Geral remains the place for biolinks, links and QR codes.

The connection does not track clicks or merge records automatically. It simply turns the event you choose into a visible Mobile Message outcome. Map the captured mobile number carefully, and use a separate list where the form's permission and campaign purpose require it.
