Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with FoxOMS!

A creative agency is already juggling schedules when a new booking or invoice appears in FoxOMS. Someone still has to notice the event, find the right client or resource, and send the next message. That manual chase can slow production planning and leave clients waiting for confirmation. FoxOMS can start a Mobile Message workflow through Zapier instead.

New Booking can trigger an SMS to a client or internal team member with the booking details available from FoxOMS. New Invoice can send a payment-related notification, while New Project can create a Mobile Message contact for a new client or account. The contact can then be added to a list when that supports the agency's communication process.

FoxOMS also provides actions including Create Person and Create Booking. Those actions can be started by Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received event when a text response should create a person or booking in FoxOMS. Each automation is configured separately, so the agency chooses the event, recipient and visible result rather than assuming the two systems update each other.
