A form submission can sit unnoticed while a customer waits for a response or your team waits for the next task. Formester makes it easy to collect information through forms, and Mobile Message can turn a new submission into a prompt SMS notification. Through Zapier, New Submission starts a defined Mobile Message action using the fields submitted in the form.

Pair New Submission with Send SMS to alert a staff member, acknowledge a customer or pass on a short next step. You can also use Create Contact when a submission contains a person who should be available for future SMS communication, or Add Contact to List when the form identifies a suitable audience. Keep the message to plain text and map only the form answers needed by the recipient.

Formester has no action in the available list, so the useful direction runs from the form into Mobile Message. This is not a two-way form connection and it does not send attachments. It simply removes the delay between receiving a submission and acting on it. Test the form fields and phone number format before switching the Zap on.
