A contractor completes the final task in a Flowster workflow, but the customer or manager still needs to know what happened. Flowster can trigger Zapier when a task is completed, and Zapier can then send a Mobile Message SMS with a short status update. A new comment can also alert the person responsible when a workflow needs attention.

Flowster is built for managing and outsourcing repeatable business processes. Its available events include Task Completed, New Workflow and New Comment. Mobile Message can send SMS, create contacts or update contact details, so the connection can support both notifications and basic contact handling. For example, a completed workflow can text a manager, while a new workflow can create a contact in Mobile Message when the required details are present. Each Zap has one trigger and one action. It does not synchronise Flowster workflows with Mobile Message or create a two-way integration.

Choose the recipient, map relevant task or comment information and keep the SMS clear. Filters can ensure only selected workflows or completion states generate a message, reducing unnecessary alerts.
