Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Flowlance!

You have just received an order for a digital product or online service, and the customer expects a clear acknowledgement. Flowlance can trigger when a new customer is created or when a new order is created. Mobile Message can use either event to send a plain text confirmation, create a contact, or place a customer in a suitable communication list.

Through Zapier, a new order can send the buyer a purchase confirmation or alert the person responsible for fulfilment. A new customer can create a Mobile Message contact so the number is available for permitted future communication. You can also add that customer to a list after a new order when the list and consent arrangement are appropriate. Flowlance’s only supplied action is Create Customer. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger could start that action when an incoming text is the agreed signal to create a Flowlance customer record. These workflows are separate one-directional automations, not a native two-way integration or a continuous customer sync. Use the fields available from Flowlance, check that mobile numbers are formatted correctly, and test the message content before sending customer-facing updates.
