A project begins, tasks are assigned and completed work needs to be visible to the people responsible for delivery. Flow users can connect those moments to Mobile Message through Zapier, sending a plain-text alert when a project, task or completed task appears. This helps teams notice important work without keeping the Flow app open all day.

New Task is useful for notifying an owner that an item has been added. Completed Task can send a completion message to a manager or customer-facing team, while New Project can announce a newly created piece of work. Each Flow trigger can use Mobile Message's Send SMS action, with task names, project details and recipient numbers mapped into the Zap. If a text response should create follow-up work, Inbound SMS Received can trigger Flow's Create Task action. That makes a practical hand-off from a received message into the task list, while each Zap remains one-directional.
