FindAMasters SMS Integration

A prospective student submits an enquiry form and then waits, unsure whether anyone has seen it. FindAMasters' New Enquiry Submitted trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS that confirms receipt and sets out the next step. It can also alert an admissions team member so the enquiry is not left in a queue while staff work through other applications.

For course providers, this gives a simple way to add SMS to an existing postgraduate enquiry process. The Zap can use the information supplied in the FindAMasters enquiry form, including the mobile number and selected course details where available.

FindAMasters has a trigger only in the supplied connection, so the automation runs from a submitted enquiry into Mobile Message. It does not write a status or response back into FindAMasters. Set the message carefully, avoid promising an admissions outcome and test with a sample enquiry before enabling the workflow. This keeps the first response useful and consistent.
